The number of students ODASIS supports has more than tripled in the last five years but unfortunately, financial support has not. In order to ensure ODASIS continues offering programs to college and high school students, we need your support. If you would like to offer a charitable contribution to ODASIS, please print out the form below and mail it to the ODASIS office. Any contribution of $75.00 or above are tax-deductible. We appreciate all contributions.
