Recommendations

To request a recommendation:

1. Download the recommendation form and fill it out completely.
2. Visit Dr. Kamal Khan, Ms. Taruna Chugeria, or Mr. Jonathan Langowski three weeks prior to the due date of the recommendation.
3. Please bring a copy of your transcript with your name on it as well as a brief, personal description (e.g., resume).
