Good Evening Dr. Khan,
I was able to personally thank Jon on Friday, but I never got the chance to say the same to you. I wanted to take some time off to thank you for all that you have done. It's nice knowing that I have someone behind my back that is supporting me and wants me to succeed. I cannot decribe to you the confidence I have coming into freshmen year. The Summer Prep Program has provided me with a head start on the rest of the freshmen class, but this doesnt mean that I can lay back now. Im going to continue working hard to maintain that head start. I now know what I have to do to achieve my dream of getting into Medical School and eventually becoming a doctor. Today I went to Hackensack Medical Hospital in search of volunteer opportunities and unfortunetly they were full. I made a good first impression and the lady said that I should call back in October and that I have a good chance. I cannot begin to thank you for everything you have done. I hope you enjoy the rest of the summer.
