Dawn Ogali-Frederic, Ph.D. (she/her) is the Associate Director for the Office for Development and Academic Success in the Sciences (ODASIS). In this role, she leads ODASIS’ efforts focused on academic success and student engagement. Dr. Ogali-Frederic also oversees ODASIS programs, staff, and operations. Dr. Ogali-Frederic is a higher education scholar-practitioner with over a decade of experience supporting students, staff, and faculty. With a focus on research-informed practice, Dr. Ogali-Frederic aims to promote the success of diverse populations in higher education. She earned her PhD in Higher Education at the Rutgers Graduate School of Education and is also an alum of the University of Connecticut where she earned her Masters in Higher Education Student Affairs and Florida International University where she completed her Bachelors in Mass Communication- Journalism.
